Did some chores in the morning and then A picked me up to go to over to the Beeston Canal Heritage Buildings. We really went to look at the patchwork and quilting exhibition ran by one of the people from our Thursday craft group. Even though I used to live in Beeston I’d never been down to the canal area and was very pleasantly surprised. There was an interesting little museum, some nice walks and stunning views of the weir from the upstairs rooms. We ended up having a very tasty lunch in the cafe. Did some ironing and sewing for upholstery when I got back. Didn’t feel brilliant again in the evening but think I am definitely getting better
