Dad, G andJ came for a belated birthday lunch for Dad. Nice for him to see J - though come to think of it Christmas wasn’t that long ago! I felt ok though wasn’t very hungry. This is what was left of his cake- I did give him and J a chunk to take home though. Once they’d gone I just finished clearing up and did a load of laundry. Still feel wiped out in the evening and sleeping a lot
