Training Day

Relaxing start to the day, so much so that I had to rush to meet my friend Shirley at the Eastgate café. We were discussing a Yes Tweeddale event that we’re organising.
Mr P met me at the café and we set off on our first training walk to Walkerburn. It was very slippy underfoot in places but as we approached Walkerburn the sun came out and it felt almost springlike! We stopped off at the Caberston Cafe before taking the bus back to Peebles. We bumped into our friend Graham on the High Street and he came back to ours for tea.
