Winter Sunshine

Another early start this morning (well earlyish) as I was volunteering and I had to go to the surgeon first to have my cholesterol checked. After my stint, I had a quick bite with Janet at the Eastgate Cafe and then off to my chiropodist appointment. Home for a couple of hours and then Mr P and I went to the Hydro for a swim and a HIT class. Exhausting!
