Newark Park near Wotton-under-Edge

A grand day out with the local family.

The mist rising up the Ozleworth valley was more Steven Spielberg than Laurie Lee. The acronym AONB was absolutely spot on this new year morning.

We walked miles. We talked loads. On the bridle path we dodged three horses, two cyclists and a few dogs, all on leads!

Later we had long video catch up calls with my sisters and then my cousin in Strasbourg.
