Sam and Anna

We went to listen to some DJs playing their 45 vinyls about 1pm...great to see so many people there enjoying the afternoon and atmosphere.
Home for shopping, tree dismantling, and then cooking an early NYE dinner for us and Sam and Anna. I cooked steak plus the trimmings for us 4 and the kids were delighted with burgers from their fave little place round the corner. 
Sam and Anna headed home mid evening and we 4 Hampsons spent the evening playing games...we've put Nate to bed but Asha's staying up and enjoying cards games...

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The kids love for Sam and Anna - we'll miss them. They leave on Tuesday.
2) Thinking back over the past year, the highs and lows. 
3) Family fun playing games round the table.
