Survivor

A heavy frost this morning and I walked into town for our indoor monthly market. This afternoon I sorted out a friends’ online banking. She wanted to pay in a cheque online which is a straightforward exercise at my bank but more convoluted with hers, (HSBC). The cheque was for pounds and pence and you somehow have to put the amount in backwards. I managed it after a lot of attempts but of course don’t know what I did. Thankfully, setting up a standing order for her was more straightforward,
This poor little hardy geranium is a true survivor, it shouldn’t be in flower at the moment but is my offering for flower Friday today, one of a very few flowers in my garden.
