Billy or Nanny goat

We travelled to Bournemouth today to visit my in-laws. It was a beautiful cold but sunny day. We like to go for a walk when we get there after the drive and I noticed people looking up,at the cliff. I followed suit and this is what I saw. The goats must have been put up there to eat the vegetation.
The sea front was deserted today, the least populated we have ever known it. My mother in law is becoming ever more dependent on my father in law. The carer didn’t come today as she was sick.
