Last bridge class today, though four practice sessions have been arranged for the New Year. Wasn’t quite as tricky as the last few classes. Even so most of us don’t think we will be ready to join a club for a good while yet and finding the ‘next step’ could be difficult, though there are a couple of possibilities. Met A at the church hall to collect all the toys and games that were too big to put in Christmas shoe boxes. We will use them for raffle and tombola prizes. Went up to the Avenue to collect my new electric blanket/ they have put up some pretty Christmas lights. Couldn’t really settle to doing anything else so went to the supermarket to do my usual food shopping for the weekend
