Self Medicating

I refuse to go to the doctor even though I am still losing my voice every few hours! It makes giving tours a bit more fun at least! I did let Ludovic persuade me into trying his concoction of lemon and thyme which he insisted would be good for my throat (credit to him, it was feeling a bit better the next day!)

Second day at work was better on the till but worse on the tours. No tips for me today. The downpour that arrived in the afternoon meant a quiet half an hour in the Chapelle on my own, very peaceful. Met an English teacher who invited me to visit her at some point if I wanted to explore more of the region. She hadn't realised that I was English from my accent!

An evening of food, hot drinks, and many tissues. Ludovic, Elsa and I all have colds so we sat down in front of the TV with rice pudding and hot lemon, and attempted to recover!
