Had a lazy morning, tried and failed to work out how to adapt the online LNER claim form to match my circumstances, unpacked, did some tidying and sorting and had a quick walk along the canal (opposite way to my normal route). Nice to see lots of water flowing again - it was dry in the summer. John the decorator arrived to collect his ladders so he helped me to roll up the cardboard floor covering and put in the big cupboard ready for when he comes back to decorate the downstairs loo inJanuary. Had a pedicure in a new place (nice woman and I will probably go back) , went to m and s for flowers for N and then drove to Lidl for shopping.
