One for the connoisseurs: tomato & beet sauce

Thich and unguent is how I'd describe this. It's virtue is it's assembled from fresh in minutes.

Choose flavoursome baby tomatoes and a small beet, then add fresh herbs and cinnanmon. I threw in a quarter avocado, too. The pasta is courgette.
