Come help me eat these: raw tacos

Just one of the delightful recipes I'll be sharing at next Sunday's raw food class.

I've lightened the walnut meat with some crumbed broccoli, and the diced avocado in the salsa means I don't need any additional fat or phaff with a creamy nut sauce which would be the usual way of finishing this dish off.
