Flower Friday . . . Peonies Road Side

I took a walk down the hill to where the Peonies are in the white bucket waiting to be bought.  They have appeared every spring for the last six years I have lived here.  I am glad the honesty box system works.  I suppose the odd bunch must get nicked.  I didn't buy today because I have a jug of my own early spring flowers on the coffee table.  I am a pensioner and every $10 is precious :-)  20c or 68f today which is just right for me.

P.S look in the extra at the cake Andrew made and decorated for street drinks.  When drinks is hosted by us we invite him and it's not really for his cakes.
