Silly Saturday

I saw this decorated bike last week and thought it could be seen as a bit silly for todays challenge.  I went back today and took two photos and the second one was better because I included all of the tall sign and had a better angle on the bike.  I had to use this one because the man walking away has bare feet.  I don't know why that is such a New Zealand thing to do.
