Flying saucers
Hot nor’westerly winds have fuelled the heat again today. And they gave us the usual cloudage of lenticularis. These ones were hanging out over the Pacific off Cape Wanbrow.
Bean was hanging out on the Cape. We had a walk there after coffee with friends and before I did some shopping in town.
At home there was time for more line trimming. I have a battery line trimmer which runs for 40 minutes on light weeds and grass, but after just 25 minutes it’s done it’s dash on the very overgrown thick stuff I’ve been tackling this week. It then takes 25 minutes to recharge.
While it does that I get a cuppa or go and do another job: and I almost always get distracted so it takes me ages to remember to get back to line-trimming. Consequently it takes me days to get it all done.
It’s not a bad thing, as it forces me to mix up my activities so that I don’t put too much strain on one set of muscles.
