Best Mate

Five hours collecting for the Poppy Appeal today, two and a half on The Moor under a gazebo and two and a half in the foyer of Sainsbury’s. It’s remarkable the number of people that you know and meet by just standing there. Hopefully people will be as generous as in past years despite the rocketing prices and looming austerity programme.

Having mentioned him so often in past Blips my choice of subject for my Blip today is Paddy.
