Proud

Lot of admiration and pride in Mrs S who is in the process of hand stitching a quilt for our king size bed. It’s nowhere near finished and I have no idea of how many of these little octagons she has sewed already, must be hundreds. It’s a real labour of love and will eventually become a hand down through the family. It is great to look at and I’m not sure that the photograph does it justice.

Also a proud Dad, although I wasn’t there this time I am super proud of my eldest child, Sarah, who today graduated with a Masters Degree in ‘Early Years’. She said herself that she achieved it with the help of her family, husband Manolo and children Luis and Anais.
