Hot to Trot

It seems we pretty much bypassed spring over here and simply slipped straight into summer. So I headed out for my first trail run of the year today, not easy by any means, but a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be.

To the left you can see part of the trail, the cleared area in front was flattened by last summer's typhoon, which uprooted the trees on the side of the hill and scattered them about the place.
Maybe a bit more detail large if you fancy a look.
