Baking day

Baking the bread is getting easier now the high heat of the summer has gone. I have been in all day so it helps to be able to monitor it rising, knock it down at the right time and wait for the optimum rise. I am taking it easy today after yesterday’s walk which left me feeling tired. I have been on the antibiotics for a couple of days and the pain has gone but the tooth does not feel right yet when eating. I just hope the problem does not immediately return once I finish the course. There is bellringing this afternoon, an extra practice, as there are 22 people who have come over from the UK for a ringing weekend.
