Inside Out

Baked pancake also known here as a Dutch Baby or a German Pancake. They are supposed to be flat in the center with tall, poufy sides. But every now and then we get one that is just flat. The Boy made this for dinner as part of his culinary arts class homework. Love his homework. :) Tasted fine. Looks odd.

Speaking of odd, I forgot to blip yesterday. Not even sure how that could happen.
