A Grandson Kind of Night

At 5 p.m. grandson #2 Beckett was baptized at the local catholic church. We had a good-sized group to witness it, and it was very touching. After the baptism, we had supper at a local restaurant, where we tried to blend in with the homecoming dance attendees. Young women in short dresses and young men in suits. Made me feel old.

At 7 p.m. grandson #1 Merrick was playing football under the lights. We didn't get to see much of the game, but I guess he played well and his team won 22-0.

Family is everything.
