The "Firsts" Are Coming Again

It's been kind of fun as grandparents to start going through the "firsts" again. Today, it was baby Beckett's first time to sit on a tractor, the first time to sit in a pumpkin patch, the first time to see a black cat, and the first time to go to an apple orchard. So cute to see, and as you can see, the boy has discovered his tongue, and how to "smile" with it.

It also was a first for our other grandson (age almost 12) today . Merrick went to his first Detroit Lions football game with his dad. He said it was real exciting, but our Lions lost to the Seattle Seahawks 48-45.
