Sunday runday

Niki had requested a bit of support for her 9 mile training run so a couple of us signed up and did a run our from town, along the old canal, up and over Haughmond Hill and ending up at the new Flaxmill Cafe for a post-run snack. The new cafe and gift shop are super impressive and it's good to see the Flaxmill get a new lease of life!
