Curry

This is the time of the month when I have lots of work to do, so I needed to concentrate on that today.  Hubby delivered leaflets around Meadowbank this morning, then prepared roti this afternoon.  We went over to spend some an hour with Mum early evening.  After we came home, we prepared supper and then cooked a Cape Malay Chicken Curry for a pot luck curry night we’re going to on Saturday.  It was the only opportunity we had, and at least the curry has time to develop its flavours. 

This is the first time hubby has cooked roti, so we shared one with our supper tonight. The blip shows the roti ready for rolling, the rolled roti before cooking, and the cooked roti.
