Day 29 Level 4 Lockdown

Hubby was excited today, as two postcards arrived.  I have blipped about his postcrossing.com postcards before - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2862280494203014125 -.  The two that arrived today were from Lecce in Italy and Hamburg in Germany.  The postcard from Lecce was inside an envelope that had been beautifully decorated and also in the envelope was a “shaker card” that the sender had made. The sentiment written inside the card said “Take time to relax” and when it was shaken, gold glitter and green sequins scattered over the writing.  Beautiful! The person who sent the postcard from Hamburg must love sending and receiving postcards, because they have sent 21,866.  That’s a lot of postcards!

There were 14 new community cases today, all epidemiologically linked to the outbreak.
