This mornings View from kitchen window

So…..not going into lots of detail and haven’t been able to back blip due to internet problems but…..

We are still here in Tahiti waiting and waiting for insurance and health professionals to get us out of here.
Yesterday we moved into an air BnB near the airport (because the hotel had no more room for us).
Turns out that was good because Doug is now suffering from chest pains. It’s been two weeks since he ran out of his heart meds. (That’s when we should have been back) When he first ran out we asked about it but his prescription seemingly could not be fulfilled in a different country!
There is a pharmacy and emergency health opposite us. The pharmacy were able to give us some of his meds but the pain is now travelling
So… he and Audrey are off over to the emergency unit to get him checked out and I am at the apartment with mom sleeping on the couch, completely unaware of this mornings events!
Will we ever get home?!
