Port Buel Mhor

Another magical day on Iona. I avoided most of the human traffic by walking south to St Columba’s bay and then off track to find this secluded bay perfect for swimming and exploring some of the caves and crevices that create an interesting coastline. I made my way back via Port Ban and onwards to the Abbey late in the afternoon.
Sad news tonight; RIP Joc, we had such a wild time training for and running the Dublin marathon back in the day.
The extra is the abbey as we left Iona for Fionnphort.
