Ant exodus

Busy day doing prep for tomorrow’s village fete. Trying not to feel too grumpy about it as it’s the first we’ve been able to do since 2019. There is always so many last minute jobs to sort out.
But nice break for a cuppa and catch up with a pal - who delivered a cake for the fete (soo tempted to cut a slice ..).
Busy day for the ants in our house too. They decided it was a day to go out and traipsed their way across the living room floor to the exit! I don’t know who was in charge but they need to think about moving house.
