The Fete

First village fete since 2019. On duty all day. Marquees delivered and up before breakfast. Small prep team bossed about - politely. Sun shining as requested.
Kiddies fancy dress, teas, choir, ponies, stalls, raffle, races - and did I say teas (we do good teas).
We had a great turnout which of course made all the effort worthwhile.
We finished the day with a bbq in the park - and relax.
