Blipper in Training

Today was my older granddaughter's last day of summer vacation with me. Monday morning, she will be beginning first grade. Her little sister will still be coming here, though, at least for a little bit. 
Today we visited Battle Creek Cypress Swamp Nature Area and hiked the boardwalk around the cypress trees. Somehow we managed to stay above the swamp for the entire walk. My older granddaughter was thrilled to be the official photog for our visit. Her camera takes little polaroid photos. I was very impressed with the quality of her shots. She did a great job picking out pretty views and lighting. 
The extra is these girls in the swamp. I think that they might have been the best dressed on the boardwalk.
