Duck

We had a visiting speaker to take the service this morning and he took it in a different, and challenging way.
This afternoon I sewed and knitted and then stirred myself to go for a short run, still heavy legs but a little better. My route took me past the ponds and this duck seemed to be enjoying the sun.
Since tea we've been watching the end of the European athletics.
