Sunny Morning

This morning was the first morning that I have managed to ride Miranda to the coalface without a jacket since she came into my life in October. Being able to ride her in my normal clothes is definitely one of her most endearing feature thanks to the mud guards and chain guards. Today I wore my jeans, a long sleeved t-shirt under a shirt (kept my high-vis vest right enough). I did have to change into standard coalface office attire today however if it had been a dress down Friday then I could have started banging on the coalface with my toffee hammer without visiting the changing cupboard.

Plans are afoot to to tackle the Tak Ma Doon road twice on our ride this Friday. Would work out at around 48 miles with over 4,500 feet of ascent. Will need my week in the Lake District just to recover!
