Farewell to Oban

We weren't the only folk leaving Oban this morning .... the ferry looks very busy as the folk crowded the outside decks and enjoyed what has been a very hot, sunny day.

We journeyed home in an average temperature of 26C .... much too hot for me but as I have been the driver for the week it was just a case of right foot on the accelerator and we headed for home. The scenery was wonderful, the lochs flat like a mirror and the roads fairly quiet. Unfortunately every time I saw something that I wanted to photograph there was nowhere to stop!
