Pruning can resume

At the weekend, I lost the spring from my secateurs. I wasn’t aware that I had lost it and it was only when I picked them out of my tool box on Saturday that I made the sad discovery. However, all was not lost. I had the bright idea of checking online if it was possible to buy a replacement and “Hey presto” there it was. I ordered it right away and it arrived yesterday; great service!

After a dull, misty start, the day turned out to be beautiful and quite warm in the afternoon. I had a lovely time out in the garden.
