Hungry

It’s always good to start the week off in a civilised manner with a visit to the Ivy on the Square. Alyson and I sat with our toast and coffees long enough that it was obvious they wanted the table for lunch but were too polite to say so.

I had managed to sneak into Princes Street via Lothian Road thereby dodging the case pullers and afterwards caught the bus home to avoid trailing behind the hordes climbing the Mound to gain access to the Castle.

After lunch, I though to find a blip in the vicinity but didn’t expect it to be one of a hungry seagull. A mermaid yesterday and a seagull today, perhaps in there somewhere is a theme I should pursue.
