Greece!

So, the downside to our early flight was getting up in time to be ready for a taxi at three-thirty. Manchester Airport was already busy when we got there, meaning a bit of queuing to get through security before we even laid our hands on a coffee.

But the flight itself was fine, the lady from the car hire agency was delightful, and the Minx did a great job of driving us from Athens to a small town near where we're staying to meet our AirBnB host, who turned out to be as lovely in real life as he has been on the app.

And the upside to our early start was that we were at the house for five o'clock, and able to unpack, take a swim in the sea, and then go out to one of the tavernas in the village for a beer and a bite to eat. This is the view from there, just after seven o'clock, local (two hours ahead of the UK).
