Transport

Slowish start with hot tub, extended breakfasts, hot chocolate (extra), dog introducing and picnic making. N&R, A’s friends, arrived and we set off to catch the miniature train to Wroxham. Enjoyed rattling along and through a tunnel, with the wee ones waving their Thomas the Tank flags out of the windows. Wroxham was a funny little town dominated by shops called Roy’s….very League of Gentleman!
A&N and N&R went to the pub for lunch and we went to hire a boat to go down the river and through the Broads….never been here before. Lovely thatched houses all along the banks and lots of swans on the river. Lovely (extra)!
Picked up a few things for supper in Roy’s food hall then caught the train back….A&N and AR and Mx all fell asleep!
Once we got home there was more hot tubbing then fajitas for supper. Today’s P dramas centred around Diesel, with the Dog’s Trust saying they feel he needs to be put down. Followed by calls to his home vets, to T&Kt and discussions amongst all the dog owners I’m with. T had visited P today who is still quite delirious and talking of riots outside the hospital and plots by the staff against him. Still, he’s been seen by the cardiologist and is getting a scan and the dietician and physiotherapist will see him tomorrow.
All very tired quite early so no games just an early night.
