Embroidery

It was so much cooler today and therefore more pleasant . I was concerned about yoga but it was actually fine because we did lots of very gentle stretching and breathing with much more relaxation than usual .
We had quit a long bike ride in the afternoon ( 16 miles ) and actually got quite wet when it rained ! 
At tai chi this evening, one of the people brought her embroidery sample booklet to show us . She is a member of the Guild of Embroiderers and it was truly exquisite! Lots of techniques displayed which would have required so much patience .
