Getting stuck in

On this hot sunny Friday I managed to do an early morning sprint cycle class and later in the day a Pilates one.  As by then it was very warm the class was a more relaxing stretch orientated one which was fine by us all.

Later in the day I headed to the allotment where I caught this bee diving into the pollen on a neighbours flower.  The allotment was watered and a few vegetables picked.  Looks like the courgette crop might be better than last years which is good although the potatoes are pretty small probably due to the lack of water recently.
