A windy day

It's been a very windy day today with the odd outbreak of rain.  A quick trip to the allotment to pick a few of the courgettes which have recovered well from whatever was wrong with them a few weeks back.

I've had my hair cut by our visiting hairdresser at lunchtime and then popped out to town for a few items and a quick look at the beach.  It was very windy but this didn't stop people wandering around especially since yesterday was so wet.

We have friends round for a meal this evening so food preparations beckon.
