Tower of London Superbloom

I met Adam in London today, just the two of us - it’s ages since we’ve been together in our own. We started off by going to the Superbloom event. To be honest, it was a lot of money for what it was, but I’ve been following its development on Instagram so I was curious to see what it would be like. The whole of the moat has been planted with wildflower seeds to replace the grass that was there, and it’s a permanent feature, at least for the next few years.

After that, we wandered over to St Katherine’s Dock for lunch, then walked on to London Dock, where the only water was some fountains - see extra. Then over Tower Bridge to Butlers Whart for tea and cake, then we said our goodbyes and I got the bus back to Waterloo and then home on the train. A lovely day, but rather hot!
