Halfway up Snowdon

It was raining this morning in Conwy so it looked like our plan for a walk 'halfway up Snowdon' was in jeopardy. But it looked like if we delayed our start for a couple of hours it would be fine, and it was! In fact the rolling cloud and a bit of sunshine made the views much more dramatic without overheating us on the way up. We parked at Pen-y-Pass and walked up the Miner's Track to Llyn Glaslyn. By the evening it was nice and sunny when we arrived at our accommodation for the night, the 'Shepherd's Hut' in Llanfair. Incredible views.
