I'm so wet and cold...

...and from the looks of it, so is this bird. ;)

It rained hard today and was so cool it would put a chill up and down your spine. Then, a little while after I snapped this shot, it started to snow! Yes, I said snow... It hasn't stopped all evening and is now accumulating.

I probably should have gotten going on my blip in the morning. It was cold, but some light was available. Instead, I got busy with other things and then took off for the dentist. (My pearly whites are all shiny and clean now.) ;) While I was reclined, and listening to my hygienist talk, I saw the clouds come in and open up. It poured for the next 3 hours, turning into snow. Not much of a chance for a well lit shot, so I cranked up the ISO and got my little wet friend here.

It's predicted to be cool again tomorrow, but dry. Then maybe warm up a touch over the weekend. I think I'm just a little dumb-struck over the snow so late in the year. Not unheard of I hear, though the last time was about 20 years ago. Crazy.
