Falling behind a bit  in some respects.

The Eagles concert last night was good - not great though .... the sound system wasn't great and they had a habit of putting unrelated video up on the screens (or having the stage view overlayed with weird stuff which is rather annoying hen your are over 100yds away (and the only screens were on the stage). Having to turn your head 90 degrees to see the stage/screen whilst stuck in really tight seats got a bit painful so it was just as well there was a lot of entertainment being provided by the 'jobsworth' in charge of one set of disabled toilets.
The staff in charge of the crowds using the trams were brilliant and had everything running very smoothly - just a shame it wasn't the same for the parking near the airport .......unbelievably bad.

Today -- Monster watching first thing and again in the afternoon.
When I got back in the morning the place was heaving with badly parked vehicles ..... in the middle of the road, blocking drives, you name it (2 shots in the extras).

I went out this evening to try and get some sunsets shots (not downloaded yet) but had forgotten how brutal the flesh eating midges are up the road (only about 60 feet higher in elevation but a world apart when it comes to those wee blighters).
