Cave Swimming

Another scorching day here on Zakynthos - up to 36 degrees.
We swam from this spot in the morning. It was a clamber down and then in off the rocks, but we’d done it before three years ago so we knew where to go. Swimming into the caves was amazing but swimming out again into the sunlight was truly wonderful, especially under the water where the blue was electric.
The rest of the day was spent eating, drinking and swimming on two other beaches.
In the evening we had a fabulous bbq with our hosts, sitting out on their veranda until late, with a warm breeze still blowing.
You don’t get nights like these in the UK!
