Living The Life

Today we drove round part of the island we hadn’t been to before.
First we stopped at the viewpoint (top left) and then we drove to a lovely family taverna recommended by our hosts for homemade orange juice and cake. After that we went on to visit a monastery with a pretty lavender field.
In the afternoon we went to El Sueno, a restaurant we’ve visited before three years ago. Since then they’ve put in an infinity pool, which was wonderful, with beautiful views.
After a fantastic lunch we went down the cliff steps to swim off the rocks and saw some amazing fish under the water. The sea was so warm!
More swimming back in the pool and coffee brought to our sun loungers - all very nice.
Back at our villa for another swim in their pool and a home cooked meal on the veranda.
