Mass Pipes and Drums...

Another busy one today.
Cattle fed then took Mrs F and Littlemiss into Edinburgh as she is playing in the pipe band competition at Edinburgh Academy. It was a long day,but it stayed dry and sunny. Sneaked off with Mrs F for lunch at a wee cafe then a walk round Stockbridge on the way back to Inverleith .
Watched them play their second set at 2.30pm then later there were all the bands playing as one before the prize giving . Was very good any way.
Back home ,then a quick turn around to drop Junior at his pals house for a party,back home,then back later to pick him up at 11pm.
That's over 200 miles I've done in the car I hired yesterday morning ! The clutch on my own car is needing the slave cylinder done,hopefully on Thursday. This hire one is a Kia petrol one. It's taking a bit of getting used to as it is about 30 years since I last drove anything that wasn't a diesel ,and this one is quite nippy ! It certainly has a lot more buttons and gadgets to play with,most of which I have managed to disable !
