Feeding Time

Finally! Got up this morning, finished packing and set off to SueT's. As there are no LPH holidays this year we decided to do our own photography week ... but this time in Pembrokeshire. 

We travelled down through some lovely countryside and some very narrow roads to visit the Red Kite feeding centre in the Brecon Beacons. A good half hour before feeding time the birds were circling above. At 3pm there was a feeding frenzy for 20 minutes. So many birds. It was hard to know where to point the camera. I've put some extras in to give some context.

We then continued our journey down to our self catering farm cottage, set back in a lovely location. It has taken us all evening to sort through the hundreds of bird photos!
