Small pearl-bordered fritillary

Church this morning, first time for a few weeks for various reasons and good to be back.
After lunch we took the visitors for a walk in the Sidlaws, similar to the route I did in reverse 2 weeks ago.
The area with the butterflies and flowers was still full of Small heaths and this time I was able to identify the orange ones (they actually stopped and there were more) as fritillaries, as above.
It was bright and breezy but the distant views were rather hazy. We were still able to identify landmark hills.
Now stuffed full of veg curry, dahl, rice and poppadoms!
